Thirty Minute Prep: One Year Individual Subscription

Thirty Minutes Prep is an all-inclusive website devoted to high school extemp speaking. We turn every thirty minutes into a power round speech.

Thirty Minutes Prep offers a wide range of services for extempers. Subscribers receive weekly summaries and podcasts that provide background information and analysis on a wide range of current events. Subscribers also have access to numerous practice questions that they will most likely draw in a round. In fact, subscribers can use “The Draw,” which mimics the extemp draw at a tournament. “The Draw” literally generates three topics for you to practice with. Moreover, subscribers can utilize our message board to discuss current events or extemp strategies.

Thirty Minutes Prep also dedicates pages to the CFL and NFL National Tournaments. We recognize the qualifiers for these tournaments and provide logistic information about both tournaments. Subscribers have access to numerous practice questions surrounding the topics likely used at each tournament.

Thirty Minutes Prep offers two individual subscriptions: a semester subscription and a year subscription. The cost is $30 per semester or $50 for the year.

Thirty Minutes Prep was created by and is administered by Craig Ormson, a former qualifier for the CFL and NFL National Tournaments in policy debate, extemporaneous speaking, and Congress. He also was a head policy debate coach for three years. He is currently an attorney with the US Federal Government.
